HARP-AGRO BEARING WITH X-SHIELD SEAL

Agricultural equipment facilitates and accelerates the process of soil cultivation, sowing and harvesting. However, due to the specific operating conditions, components for combines and tractors should be of high quality, protected against dust, dirt, moisture, as well as mechanical impact.
X-SHIELD seal (indexes K10, K15...K19 in bearing designation) has been patented by the UPEC Industrial Group. X-SHIELD allows the bearing to work effectively even under extreme operating conditions and extends the service life of products.
At the moment almost all HARP-AGRO bearings for agricultural machinery can be manufactured with either a standard seal or any X-SHIELD multi-lip seal of increased tightness, which provides 100% protection of the bearing against dust, dirt, water and abrasive particles, mechanical damage, and ensures effective work in harsh conditions of agriculture.

Advantages of X-SHIELD seals

The outer side of the X-SHIELD seal is metal, so that the straw mass moving in the operation of the combine harvester cannot damage the seal or enter the inner cavity of the bearing and interfere with its normal operation.

Reliability of HARP-AGRO bearings has been highly appreciated by leading CIS manufacturers, in particular Rostselmash and Gomselmash, Minsk Tractor Plant and Borisov Plant of Aggregates, Bobruiskagromash and Bobruisk Tractor Parts Plant. Also, HARP-AGRO bearings are widely used in combine harvesters, tractors, balers, headers and other equipment of CLAAS, John Deere, New Holland, CASE and other well-known manufacturers.
