Feb 9, 2022 · Basically, you need to file a help ticket with a placeholder username for "I forgot my password" or the "2fa option" and make it really clear multiple times in the description and reply you send that you want the username tied to your email and that you are filing a placeholder username on the form. then cmd to close out the sunshine process entirely, and reopening fixed my problem.
