UPEC IG CONDUCTS TRAINING FOR TEACHERS OF KNTUA NAMED AFTER PETRO VASILENKO

Since March, 13 2018 on the base of Joint Engineering Center of UPEC IG the basic course on the system of automatization designing ProEngineer and design management on the basis of Windchill system has started for teachers of Kharkov National Technical University of Agriculture named after Petro Vasylenko (KNTUA).
 

The educational course with a running time of 42 hours is conducted for 11 teachers of the following departments: “Agricultural machinery”, “Optimization of technical systems”, “Mechanotronics and machine spare parts”, “Tractors and autos”. During the course the participants will gain the skills of work in the best global systems of automatization designing for the following knowledge transfer to the students. 

“Our purpose is implementing of the ProEngineer program in the educational processes of students of Agro-engineering department. The future specialists have to not only understand the theory of spare parts designing, but also have basic practical skills of working in specialized programs of engineering. The teachers should have these skills and transfer their practical experience to students in order to provide qualitative educational process. In such way, we will be able to provide future specialists in agricultural sector of Kharkov Region with qualitative education”, – comments director of Educational and Scientific Institute of Mechatronics and Management System KNTUA named after Petro Vasylenko, Doctor of Technical Science Vitaliy Vlasovets. 

The implementing of modern program products in the educational system will allow not only to increase education quality, but also it will give an opportunity to move to a new level of science researches and developments. It is supposed that this year the undergrads will be able to work on diploma research using ProEngineer.

UPEC IG is interested in training highly qualified specialists, a part of which will work in the engineering centers and plants of the company. The gained by students knowledge and experience and developments of agricultural implements on the base of modern program software will allow the specialists to provide the domestic agricultural machinery high reliability and accuracy of global level”, – points out the Head of automation management and maintaining of engineering process of JEC UPEC IG Victoria Lyubetskaya.            

The advanced training courses for teachers of the university within the cooperation of participants of innovative-educational cluster AGROTECHNIKA. It is to be recalled that in 2015 the educational and scientific laboratories were created on the base of Educational and Scientific Institute of Mechatronics and Management System KNTUA named after Petro Vasylenko. They are equipped with samples of modern agricultural machinery of domestic production (TM LOZOVA MACHINERY), computers and informative-designing equipment. Also UPEC IG was passed the program software – sublicense ProEngineer of American company Parametric Technology Corporation (РТС).

Today seven leading Ukrainian universities of agricultural specialization, UkrNIIPIT named after L.Pogoreliy and PJSC Kharkov Bearing Plant, are members of the cluster.
