HARP TERMINATED THE DEALER AGREEMENT WITH ONE OF THE CONTRACTORS

Kharkov Bearing Plant (HARP) terminated the dealer agreement with one of the contractors.

On January 15, 2018 PE PROMPODSHIPNIK was transferred from the dealers to partners category due to company's discrepancy to the HARP dealer requirements.    

The dealer is in charge of providing with efforts and measures to develop the goods market. In addition, the dealer is responsible for knowledge and understanding of the product advantages, creation of the reasoned approach to ultimate consumers.  

For HARP as manufacturer it is improtant that dealer has loyal attitude to the trademark, actively represents the interests and promotes the products of the trademark.

Taking into account the fact that PE PROMPODSHIPNIK does not exactly corresponds to the above criteria, LLC UPEC TRADING, being official exclusive distributor of JSC HARP, decided to transfer PE PROMPODSHIPNIK from the dealer to partners category from January 15, 2018.

The trademark has an extensive dealer network throughout Ukraine, and also has official exclusive and regional offices in the countries of Europe, Asia, Africa, and the CIS. The supply geography spreads to 32 countries of the world.
